it's as simple as the nose on your face..

the most important part of the deal with golac oil field is the CAPITAL REQUIRED BY THE PARTNERS.

until such time as thats been finalized i'd be very careful if i were buying shares.

i might miss out on a cent or two, but at least i'll not run the risk if they deal doesn't go ahead..
