Since it was announced late Friday by CTP, ROG has absolutely nothing done to promote that. And, even the CTP-HCers have done a good job over the weekend with their "1 trillion tonnes", the market did not react to this. Todays follow up ann. by CTP had little to no impact.
Question : Are the most of our market participants, small to big, too stupid to realise what that means or is coal suddenly worthless ?
