Just watched the latest interview with JZ again.

Sounds like the funding solution is leaning towards an equity stake (i.e. without prepayment..?)
AFAIK there is a limit of 15% on placements of equity securities without security holder approval, so this would cap the issue to around 200M shares.
That won't be enough $$ to build the expansion, so it looks like there may be a vote coming our way, unless there is some relevant exemption ..?
...or perhaps we raise say $100M via an equity stake, and the rest comes from 2ktpa cashflow i.e. $100M raised funds for the 2023 build activities, and 2023/4 profits to fund the remainder of the build...?

May be hard to get a FID from the BOD with this approach, although an offtake for years 1-2 might "lubricate" this option?
