The Tormin plant refurbishment and deal with GMA Garnet looks to be the right way forward. The company had stagnated in many ways and clearly needed a vision to expand the growth potential in both its operations. That appears to be exactly what is happening (which unfortunately does require funds but, if well spent, should position the company well in years to come):-
