As I told SB1, i am not interested in becoming a board member. I want the company to do well and management keep shareholders well informed with regular updates and announcements.
Management need to tell us their plans, schedules, workflow instead of keeping us in the dark.
Changing the board is a last resort, if management do not change their attitude, I will throw my weight to support any changes.
1)to change management, we need to have an alternative plan.
2)we need th have the right people to do the work
Unless we have this in place , they won't be any improvement.
To date, I have received email from one person. I would like to discuss the course of actions before proceeding and I like this to be private. Firstly, someone in Perth needs to have a talk with JA first. If he is reluctant to change or not receptive to our proposal we will take the necessary actions.
