Pretty sure it's an ASX standard that appointment of new management (even CEO's) and/or directors is never marked price sensitive.
e.g. LKE announced departure of their CEO and appointment of a new chair and it wasn't marked as price sensitive. https://lakeresources.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/lke_exec-chair_20-jun-22.pdf
However, the market reacted significantly to the LKE ANN and sold the price down by 50% across 4 days in June this year.
The market will determine what it thinks of our ANN regardless of the price sensitive status.
