Whilst the lenders are fully
aware of the status of the PPA and GSA and have shown a willingness to work with EEES to find a mutually
agreeable solution in order to recover the loan, no waivers or extensions to the EEES Facility have been
provided to date. Non-payment of the remaining balance on 30 September 2022 will constitute an event of
default under the loan agreements if it is not remedied in full or other waiver or extension arrangements are not
agreed by the lenders within a grace period of 3 business days.
