"NeuRizer Ltd. filed its Annual on Sep 30, 2022 for the period ending Jun 30, 2022. In this report its auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern." This was reported on Simp***Wa**S* and is indeed the case on reading the auditor's report.To me, this means at this point in time they do not have the necessary funds in hand to last the year at the current spend rate. However, it does not cover the injection of funds through external funding.
