Mukuyu was always going to be drilled. Could have raised 10 million from retail at any time..... didn't have to be last minute, that was their choice or cock up.
Who is to blame for gov dragging their feet? SM stated millions of times that he understood the jurisdiction well.....so either he did or seems likely didn't.
There is zero excuse for the pathetic last raise. Zero. It has decimated the sp with the sticky hand SI dumping heads for weeks and weeks all sitting there with zero risk options by the millions.
I choke every time he thanks shareholders for their loyalty because he clearly has zero time for retail, and I'll treat the company with the same loyalty I have been showed.
