I have never seen a minority stake holder have veto rights?

Has there been any explicit announcement from PLL that they hold a Veto?

I have no inside or privy information, but I would find it strange if PLL had a VETO but did not announce it! It is not a card that needs to be secret.

In any JV the minority holder is beholden to Majority stake holder on a project. This is the point of being the Majority stake holder. Typically the only time a Majority stake holder are beholden on Minority owners is when they cannot finance a project without the minority holder chipping in finance.

PS for disclosure I also own PLL so financially - if make little difference to me, if PLL blocks this and get spod at $900 a ton, as I will benefit from PLL holdings or SYA restarts NAL
