So you mean the interpretation of what the refinery plant is? Wouldn't it be referring to the carbonate plant? I would also think that while the PFS is being worked on, does not mean they cannot slowly work on the carbonate plant at the same time. It is already onsite, I'm sure they would be like a kid walking through an abandoned house looking for some cool toys inside.
