Financing for this joint Callisto/MTJV nickel mine would be secured via a guaranted off-take agreeement where Wyloo Metals/IGO are the "processing facility owners" and thus offering the loan security, and GAL/CNJ/GSR who are the "mine owners".

2. Wyloo Metals/IGO run the joint downstream nickel processing facility as well as taking over the Callisto/MTJV tenements accordingly the nickel etc. mine. In this case Wyloo Metals/IGO would be the major shareholders and GAL, CNJ and GSR would have a minority shareholding in the nickel etc. processing facility/Callisto/MTJV nickel etc. mine and thus be "free carry i.e. financing for this processing facility/Callisto/MTJV nickel etc. mine would be the sole responsibility of Wyloo Metals/IGO.

There are of course several other scenarios, however, I think you get my drift.

By developing the joint downstream nickel etc. processing facility, Wyloo Metals/IGO (with a 20 year guaranteeed feed of nickel etc. from the joint Callisto/MTJV nickel mine), would establish themselves as a major global battery raw material supplier, and in an extremely safe jurisdiction.

With Mark Creasy IGO owning 49% with Tianqui Lithium Corp, With all the exploration going on at MTJV hopefully they will assay for Lithium, MC owns 5% GSR, 27% GAL + 10% with IPO with GAL
