    One point to consider is that investing in residential property in China is a whole different ballgame to the West: you buy an investment property but do not rent it out. Even thought it is considered "second hand" it only keeps it's value if no one has lived in it. So what happens when everyone wants to sell? It'll be even worse than the US. It's bubble-popping-icious!
