VBAs success is no accident!
A few years ago I dropped my Lady off at Launceston to fly to Sydney. She wasn't booked on Virgin.
When she went to check-in the staff almost took delight in telling her she was late (less than 5 minutes) and she wouldn't be allowed to check-in.
The plane was still on the apron and boarding hadn't started.
They watched as she walked over to the Virgin counter and bought a new ticket to get home. The Virgin staff told her it happened all the time and gave her the best price they could. But most importantly, they made her feel better, even though they were not the problem!
Using my "chart" I bought $50K of VBA the next week, because I KNEW they'd succeed. (OK, I was underwater for a while but the share issue took care of that...)
I will never travel with "the other airline" EVER again and have made it my business to turn everyone I know off them.
I just hope that John Borghetti knows he's now with a CAN DO company and that he leaves any "other airline attitude" at the check-in counter!
Sorry for the long post but companies NEVER succeed by accident!
Just my two cents....
