Just adding to my recent posts;
The "minimum of 1,000,000 litres per annum" surely means CHINA! where things can really "hum" where construction is concerned.
There is no doubt in my mind that Intec is working on Stage 2 at the moment even though there is no mention of them doing so. Stage 2 is covered by the $780,000 grant from the VicEPA/ HazWaste agreement and though it appears that no money has yet been paid I would think that Intec is plowing ahead.
Things appear to be closer than on my first read.
