    The blah blah blah keeps coming.

    An MOU from the Chinese is worth nothing. What is the timelines? how much will they invest? What is the investment schedule?

    Or is this just another "good news" story timed nicely to hopefully push the shareprice and get the takeup of the SPP.
    I know this is synical, but I have seen it all before (please look at the announcement during last years SPP when Lynch came out and said is was comfortable with the production forecasts, only to miss it every quarter thereafter.

    I bet it anyone asks to see the MOU or even better release it to the ASX it will be clear what a joke the document really is?
