Yes I understand your concerns and this is where the risk lies, (time will tell).

When they originally announced their first 10 tonne contract I believe there was around a week that went by between the ASX announcement and the Linkedin post stating they shipped part/(potentially all?), of the contract to their customer. Let's make the assumption they shipped all of it... If they are planning on 5000 tonnes a year then that is 96 tonnes a week so they have to increase their current production by 9.6 times. Not out of the question this early in the piece.

What makes me feel a little more comfortable with ASM is that they have investment and support from multiple Governments as well as some pretty decent private entities. My gut tells me Koreans do a fair bit of due diligence before they invest so that helps me sleep at night.

There are also some little things in the background going on which supports ASM, for example last week Ian Gandel sold ALK shares and not ASM. He must of needed some cash desperately for something, (as ALK share's price is trading at 12 months lows), but he chose to sell ALK and not ASM. Is this because he sees more value in ASM? I think so.
