    Hi Woteva,

    It is a credit to management that CTO has steered clear of bank debt and therefore hedging. This required getting $20 million out of Dubai and the links they cultivated there were probably essential in retrospect. Dubai has since fallen apart but it was enough to get CTO through the GFC.

    That said management doesn't have much credibility sad to say so I'd welcome a change.
