    Maybe because the project is in the middle of bloody nowhere with zero infrastructure? The capex would be billions and the price of fuel would mean its in the highest cost quartile in the world to get it to any ports. Meanwhile the flow rate is an absolute farce from management, there is no way this project is every taking off.
