Tom's departure may not necessarily be him being pushed ... health, family ... none of us are getting any younger ...
In any event, the 3X ann will be forthcoming. It will be a year before we see if any shares have been sold post resignation.

EDIT: I also agree that Tom has done a great job over the last 7 years. Whilst he may not present so well, he has been methodical to the nth degree.
