Zilliqua, you should get all the facts before making statements like this. You really do expose yourself to litigation by making defamatory statements without having all the facts. I was extremely surprised when I got a chance today to review the 2022 Annual Report and so I went to Paul and asked him why he sold shares. His response was " I haven't sold any shares I loaned them to the company to fulfil the contractual obligations in relation to the GEM drawdown". Paul firmly believes that our company is significantly undervalued by the market and has not sold any shares to date just accumulated them In fact the 750,000 shares that he increased during the year were all bought on market!!! He only received a copy of our Annual Report on Sunday night and did not get a chance to review it before it was released to the Market on Monday. Our Company will be issuing Paul with the 5,000,000 shares that he loaned and an announcement will be made to the ASX ASAP.
