Just want to cross check you on your calculation of BOEPD.
BOEPD was set up to compare Gas and Oil Producers. I beleive the equation is 1BO = 6000cft
As TEX is not a predominant Oil producer yet I would say that the calculation shud look more like this.
135 BOEPD x 6000cft @ ~usd 5/mcf = usd 4050 per day gross (but nett to TEX)
- Royalties @ about 30% ?
