By the time all those sets of conditions are achieved wouldn't the share price be way higher than $1.20 anyway? If everything is so close to being achieved why aren't they negotiating at a position of strength. Not sure but it Sounds like more spin to me, where does that leave hanwa and Ford now? Lake like leaving things to the imagination
