I don't believe the deal has or will fall trough.
I believe we have no choice other then to trust management 100%.
But I also believe management should be liable if the deal falls trough, after all they made the preferred choice and chose the wrong one, they should have known the highest bid is not necessarily the best bid, that's the way of life.
So for now lets give them the benefit of the doubt, but be ready to make them responsible if they have done us wrong.
