Yes - I expect the week to consider is actually a week to do a ring around and see if there are any superior offers for these BU's prior to agreeing exclusivity.
D&D offer at $1.27bn for Equities and BCM is in the ballpark, but on the low side of valuation range imo. The Equities business in particular is a great asset.
Would be interesting what the gross amount equates to after tax etc.
