i am a little surprised by this outcome if I'm honest Pharvest.

All the postulating by mark about no capital issues and is against dilution and yet here we are knee-jerking into a raise at a discount. it does speak to his credibility a bit which is not the first time in my opinion.

like you i was hoping for a more creative short term financing solution. even a convertible note would have been better as we may have been able to repay. or deposit for a customer... so many options.

anyways. still a fan but would have liked better news.

on the flip side it seems to be an easy source fo money - just shuts me that these same instoa will get their 20% profit and likely dump for profit. hoping they have some caveats and he has selected long term investors.
