Yes I am sure your government issued paper (Title Deeds, Fiat Notes, etc) will do very well in the collapse of the government @Skol ! You just show the people your bits of paper like a little boy in school showing his homework and I am sure they will be very impressed!

Silver and gold will not help many survive the initial part of a societal collapse or any big catastrophe, there are more important things to have in those types of chaotic times. However those coming out of a collapse will benefit greatly because currency will go back to the norm of recorded human history, silver and gold. No one is going to care about your old government paper @Skol, stay in your lane where you think the status quo will never change, you always get BTFO when entering these types of discussions.
