I DO know what you're saying ...doesn't stop what I wrote being exactly correct !

No matter what Putin CLAIMS , the land he has actually taken by force in the last 8 months is only about 10% of Ukraine because he already had a fair amount BEFORE the invasion .
He now holds approx 20% .

Now if you want ... you tell me :
a) how much land of Ukraine Putin held 8 months back
b) how much he (actually) holds now (not what he claims)
c) subtracting b from a tells you what percentage he has conquered in 8 months

there you go , babied you through it !
