Running discussion on SP, page-73754

With all the posts and information available on AVZ, its difficult to find some concise information in regard to material progress over the past 2 years. When I looked at AVZ a few years ago I took a small parcel and set it aside with a few other species I have. At the time infrastructure with regard to services (particularly elec/gas) were not developed. Roads / rail similarly not developed. I believe we are still in a position onsite where there is little if anything by way of dirt turned. If anyone can point me in the direction of a good summary of pregress I would be most appreciative. As you can imagine, there is an incredible amount of negative and speculative information however Im hoping there are a few good links/posts someone can direct me to. thank you
