    well I can agree at least with the spirit of that that radiation causes mutations and some may occasionaly be useful adaptations and pave the way for evolution
    I'm not a biologist so won't go into something too far I don't know much about
    I too am concerned with the growth in world population and the increasing demand for higher standards of living both of which stresses our planet

    bugs (microbes) though are a more realistic way rather than radiation for catastrophic control IMO
    medical science is very powerful but if something like ebola was able to spread a bit quicker - I'm not wishing for it but might be something that does happen
    COVID killed a good few but only a drp in the ocean really
    all beyond my control

    many good men are trying to improve the health of the planet and Europe particularly is trying hard
    US and Oz just starting to get on board
    exciting times ahead if I live long enough
