    The bond issue will push the price down again. I'm sure there will be a few traders out there shooting some more CTP fish in the barrel. Its going to be hard for CTP to get the options into the money so that they are exercised. I suspect that if we did not have these constant bond conversions putting a lid on the shares then we may actually be closer to 17-20cents than the 10c it is.
