WOW!
Final cash paid was $270m meaning Mitsui received $110m dividend and SMR a $440m dividend. PLUS SMR gets 2 months of "free" earnings on the 20% Mitsui owned. Meaning the total consideration paid is probably less than $250m (and potentially closer to $200m).
Looking like a very good acquisition for SMR.
PLUS above is USD so with the AUD exchange rate around US65c the earnings in AUD are even better......
Looking forward to the quarterly update. Hoping that the weather (rain) hasn't slowed production too much.
