I didn’t say AVR would want to do that, it’s just what I would do. It gives certainty, and it doesn’t matter that it is a blocking stake as to enter that type of “partnership” you basically have the end deal mapped out. The blocking stake gives them comfort and protects their position in stumping up the cash for us to see it through to commercialisation. I wouldn’t mind the certainty of knowing what I will get by seeing through my investment to those endpoints. US$5B (minimum) into whatever number of shares you think might be on offer by then is a decent number. Based on this type of scenario it might be around 22m FPO fully diluted.
Anyway it is all pie in the sky, until it’s not!
