ive sent an email to karl letting him know that this delay in rejecting the ridiculous low offer is very worrying and that no one is going to accept this offer. They should have rejected it from beginning and fact it has been days and no news is very worrying and does not give confidence to investors.
They should give the shareholders some news on whats happening and if needed bring in an outsider valuator to value the company for what its really worth. This will help to calm investor nerves and might also help give a boost to the SP
