Great post, thanks. My only comment is that I don't see your claimed 60% Philippines ownership requirement? The latest Act, recently passed, seems to be looking for more like a 51% Government share of net mining revenues, allowing for all taxes, charges and royalties in that. Much of which will already be counted in the post tax NPV. In that case I think the impact is more a trim than a cut.
