If there was ever an enormous crash which you keep predicting ad infinitum, the last thing the populace are going to need is a piece of metal.

They're going to need a roof over their head, and for that they'll need an unencumbered residence, not a chunk of useless metal. Gold and silver prices will crash in the event of a meltdown.

Food, protection, shelter, transport and water is what everyone's going to need.

All you keep doing is losing money and telling us how that's not so bad.

You've literally said before all your own is paper. Houses are paper as the title deed that says you own it, rather than anyone is paper. Not that you even own a house, what is your nursing home going to do in a collapse? How would you fend for yourself @Skol in chaotic times when you are even unable to afford a little bit of gold or silver?
