    But to do it your way, look at it like this (no sure how you are coming to your numbers):

    First 113,000
    SYAQ make $101M

    113,000 extra
    SYAQ make $565M (based on $5000/t)

    SYAQ Income $665M (less costs of $133M)
    TOTAL SYAQ Profit $532M

    Distribution
    SYA $399M
    PLL $133M

    Now if you hold PLL, you can go work out what PLL can do with their 133kt of spod (remembering they paid $101M to SYAQ for the purchase)
