I wonder if Chinese companies do actually compete against each other. Or do they collude ie. its all China Inc against the world.
In which case a lowball bid is a certainty , as soon as they have amassed a foundation stake .
We need a third , non -Chinese entity to come in , as either a blocking or competing stakeholder, to push up the SP.
I'm sure all this is no surprise to TIE management either, hopefully they have all their defenses in place , to maximize value.
Some good news on the MRE or exploration success would be welcome about now.
