Yes all you state is true.
It was just a friend mentioned about 2 weeks ago and said he may send a couple of pics.
I posted pics of his here a few months ago of same building site for other readers to enjoy.
He said there must of been five cranes as we both have shared history as busyness partners in building industry. (That is all=
As for Lynas and the macro yoyo well overseas lynas trade was down 1%ish as that mainly cotangent from Nasdaq from computers and "chips" not: "for the day" a sought item and nothing to do with rare earths and its markets as ev cars windmills military et al.
The U$A markets are chopping and changing as their interest rate policy have them in a $-P-in/out with inflation/ = Volatility
The macro funds choosing the fundamentals are looking where to or not place wealth as Bonds %% returning growth as others aren't and thought of recession costs etc. Lynas somewhat is immune to this as ev, windmills, space, military et al are a still a green demanded evolution.
Maybe Lynas mat enjoy more demand as somewhere I read that Chinas owned supply of rarity over the past 5 years has dropped from 85% to 55%.
I also read that the China co's Chemical injection extraction in Myanmar areas could have really environmental repercussions? /
But also read the amount of rarity needed in each ev and windmill wow those numbers would add to heaps of profit =
"As an independent product NdPr can be used for permanent magnet materials as well as a non-ferrous metal alloy additive. The neodymium magnet made from praseodymium alloy is one of the most powerful and widely used of rare earth magnets. The magnets are three times stronger, and one-tenth the size of conventional magnets…Every electric vehicle (EV) drivetrain requires up to 2kg of NdPr oxide, whereas a three-megawatt (MW) direct drive wind turbine uses 600kg.” Driving the future indeed! "

This is from an article of another co I have a watch on as timing maybe (an up _(COmining but with time*? = unknown as how long) maybe the lynas corporate also watching this one???/ timing?
Maybe soon too many words for readers and some may switch off=
But wanted to state that the eps is without new growth from extra Kal plant etc and COmining from virus times etc but =
As Lynas EPS is 31+ish cents per share even in the low P as virus and China lockdowns etc
Now Lynas could support a dividend say as the usual third eps of 10 cents per share =
I understand Lynas focus is with building growth as with its construction underway in Kal and soon USA its priority.
I can just foresee a strong divy provider down the track (funds and oldies love divy providers) and as the co has stated before somewhere that divy providing is a core principle when it can =
Anyway the bargain buyers will be vulture eating the lowered LYC stock and picking the bones off nervous sellers.
UNLE$$ the LYC keeper bucks the day shorters and takes the rare stock UP as is a quality Au$$ie co and not a ragdoll for profiteers?
