Agree this endless banter on the same subject is getting boring. We have our vote and are free to vote any way we choose. However having the two meetings on the same day does not make sense to me, if an EGM in the morning votes out those running the meeting how on earth can they continue on to run the AGM one hour later, especially if the ones that are would mostly be over in the US. Was advised it was illegal?
Apart from all this things may be happening behind the scenes that indicate common sense will prevail and let this company can get on with what it was intended for. Cannot comment any further as was not privy to anything been discussed and have to wait like all the rest of us for further feedback.
