Roasters are an item that they may want to avoid turning on/off. Usually turned off for maintenance/servicing only. If they run three 8hr shifts 7 days/week:
0.3X24x7X50(allowing 2 weeks down time) is 2520tpa max. Running it with 2 shifts is 1680tpa, however there would be some non production time within shifts for start up and shut down. Also note that the 0.3 ton/hr is MINIMUM specifications.
To upgrade to a 10,000tpa plant they would need another 3 roasters however once demo is proven they may look at larger roasters.
