Are you thinking that we have lost 6 years of profits, +$30 million in unnecessary legal fees etc and are arguing with the Thai's that future incentives worth north of $400 million must be given to us as fair compensation
?It's an argument that we should win, but our market cap today of just $320 million isn't factoring in any value for the incentives.
