Agree, this is where investors start realising company's profits are shrinking.

Next 3 months will see continued rate rises, continued pain for realestate investors and a return to 'cash is king'.

The question is, with the market always 6 months ahead, when does the market turn? When the Fed pivots? Or when we finally get that economic contraction?
