By April 2020 Stanford Uni had studied the worst US outbreak (New York) and a german uni had studied the worst outbreak in Germany.

Until these reports all government actions were based on modelled scenarios. These actions were reasonable as some had suggested we could have the next black death which killed 30% of the population of Europe or an outbreak similar to the spanish flu which killed millions early last century. From hindsight this seems to have been fear-mongering.

Science works from an idea and then measures things to see if the idea is supported by observed facts.

The german report was published first and concluded that if you were healthy and under 70 the chances of dying of covid was 1 in 10,000.

The Stanford report was published a few days later with the same result for healthy people under 65 .

So 2 independant reports from different continents measured what was happening and showed that Covid was not serious for most people.

However for unknown reasons the science was ignored and millions were coerced to be vaccinated. Pharmaceutical companies made billions and many small businesses disappeared. We do not know the longterm affects of the vaccinations. Life insurance companies report a 40% increase in deaths for working age people in some area of the US from July 2021.

I would suggest that reputable scientific reports should not be ignored.
