I find it remarkable that a Chartered Accountant, who advises prospective clients

of their Company Secretary and CFO experience with ASX listed companies,

and having significant commercial and governance experience,

and with an Auditor's eye for detail and knowledge of Corporate Law ( ASX ann and ASX ann ),

can make a "mistake" such as this.

No doubt his other clients will take a keen interest in his recently discovered talents.

Friday's end of trade announcement was straight out of the Corporate Playbook of the 1970's.

The forthcoming AGM will provide all SH, the ASX, and ASIC, with a wonderful opportunity
to see corporate governance at its best.

Perhaps an HC poster with more experience and knowledge than our Company Secretary
might put together a check list of items that the Company Secretary and BOD
should pay careful attention to in the weeks leading up to, and during the AGM ?

PS: "Agreeing" to participate in lawful conduct is not a mark of any sort of leadership
nor governance of the self. It also indicates that an alternative was previously thought to be acceptable.
