Punter wouldn't it be more logical that the delays are linked to the biggest shareholder in the company, they could finance the whole deal when ready if they choose . The turmoil in GB and around the world may be a substantial contributor to delays , an old saying , patience is a virtue and good things take time , the golds there and it's been successfully mined before .
