Even a 1 for 1 cap raise at, say, 5c raising approx $50m would hardly put a dent in it. App4d dd 18/2/10 shows Assets = $1,475m & Lias = $1,169m and there are 943m units on issue.
Forced sale(s) of assets would result in the following returns (assuming NIL tax on sales)to unitholders:
Discounted prop values/return to unitholders
20%/1c per unit
15%/9c
10%/17c
