I'm a little twisted and enjoy listening to finance podcasts while running ... Came across a great one today about the process & thought-work from large institutional biotech investment teams, Ted Seides interviewing Andy Acker (Portfolio Manager - Global Lifesciences & Biotechnology @ Janus Henderson).
Isn't Paradigm specific, but one I found interesting to hear professionals articulate a lot of what's spoken about in a variety of posts here.
