It is pretty obvious their hands were tied c'est la vie.
Permitting, time taken to even get to this point is years.
This follow up drilling campaign with the Amistad for appraisals they are probably moving heaven and earth to get it done following Zapato but of course we don't see the work involved just get to criticise and yell abuse from the bleachers.
