My dilution calculations are based on existing shareholders having their total holdings reduced to 30 million shares under the reconstruction. The transactions and placement as proposed will add another 185 million shares to the kitty ( Total shares on issue will be 215 million ).

Original holders as a % of the new total is 13.9%.

As I said, bush maths and a bad result for existing long term holders like myself.

As you say, painful to swallow but probably our only hope of ever getting any capital back over time.
